Klingelnberg HPG-S Tooth System
Gmeinder gears are manufactured using the Klingelnberg HPG-S tooth system, where the gears are pre-machined, hardened, and then finish machined. The machining process works within a few microns. This method offers up to 30% increase in loading capacity and better contact area with the teeth. This increases service life expectancy and lowers running noise levels.
